Nagitabet Platform Terms and Conditions for Malaysian Members

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Nagitabet platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and nagitabet (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We", or "Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

To open an account with Nagitabet and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Not residing in a country or territory where online betting is prohibited
• Register under your own name using accurate personal information
• Hold only one (1) active account at any time
• Have not previously had an account terminated by nagitabet
• Not an employee, agent, or immediate family member of a Nagitabet employee
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or entity

Nagitabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. Nagitabet recommends the following measures to keep your account secure at all times:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family or friends
• Log out of the platform after each session, especially on public devices
• Contact customer support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity

Nagitabet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

The KYC verification process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include your identification card, bank statement, or proof of current address. This information is stored securely and protected by high-grade encryption.

All betting activity on nagitabet is subject to the specific rules of each game category. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

1. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except through the Cash Out function provided.
2. Nagitabet reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or obvious odds error
3. Betting outcomes are final based on the official results of the relevant event organiser
4. In the event a match is postponed or cancelled, the cancellation policy specific to the sport in question will apply

General bonus principles at nagitabet:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member
• Wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• Bets placed using bonus funds may have a minimum odds requirement.

To maintain a fair and secure betting environment for all members, Nagitabet strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Exploiting technical errors or clearly mispriced odds (obvious error)
• Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes
• Depositing funds from unlawful sources or proceeds of crime
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location
• Abusing the bonus system through dishonest methods
• Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems
• Sharing your account with another individual

Nagitabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Failed identity verification or registration information proven to be false
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse
• Violation of any rules stated in this document
• Termination requested by the member themselves
• Applicable legal or regulatory requirements

Members may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance will be refunded after review, subject to the settlement of all outstanding wagering requirements.

For members who join our self-exclusion programme through our Responsible Gaming page, the account will be closed for the selected period and cannot be reopened before that period expires.

Nagitabet provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no specific guarantees or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, occasional technical disruptions may occur.

Nagitabet is not responsible for:

• Losses or missed winnings due to temporary technical disruptions
• Device damage or data loss arising from use of the platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to the member's own negligence
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties
• Any betting decisions made based on incorrect information from external sources

In all circumstances, Nagitabet's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nagitabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the nagitabet platform. Any disputes arising from or related to this document shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any formal legal action is taken.
